The Church of the Holy Nativity

The Episcopal Church of the Holy Nativity was established in the Honolulu suburb of Aina Haina, in January of 1949.  For nearly 60 years the parish and school have served East Oahu.  From its humble beginnings, Holy Nativity grew into a strong community of faith.  From the earliest days the church had a great impact upon the community through the establishment of a school and youth center.  Holy Nativity has experienced the joys and sorrows of a neighborhood parish that has aged along with the neighborhood it serves.  The challenge has been to continue to offer an exciting and viable program for Christian Education, Outreach and Worship.  Through the ministry of Holy Nativity School, our Thrift Shop and Community Center the church continues to  provide much to the community.  With a renewed vision for mission, Holy Nativity looks toward an exciting future as it seeks and serves Christ.  All are welcome to be a part of our community.
