The Altar Guild

The Altar Guild is a small group of dedicated
volunteers who have undertaken the
important mission of making certain that the
Church is prepared for its services.  Our
duties include flower arranging, ensuring
proper liturgical colors for all vestments
and hangings on the pulpit and lectern,
preparing the Communion vessels for both
services and for the shut-in visitation kits,
setting up the altar, completing hymn
boards, laundering and ironing all linens.
There are also special tasks associated with
baptisms, weddings, funerals and memorial
services.
